I had a good time at this dealership today! Although I was not approved for the car I wanted due to a short credit history, all 3 salesmen were very nice, truthful and I had a great experience. I was offered a very reasonable trade in value for my vehicle as well. I will be coming back in the near future if I find another car I like on the lot! Thanks for all your help!

Earlier this year, we had to trade my wife's beloved little BMW (It was my fault). I felt really bad, so I decided to surprise her with a replacement for Christmas. I work out on the road all week and didn't have time, nor did I want to travel far to find a car. I'd purchased a vehicle from DTRM a few years ago and remembered the excellent treatment I received and quality vehicle selection. I went on the website and couldn't believe it! They actually had the exact BMW I was looking for. I called Brian, acquired financing from my bank, signed the paperwork via email and the car was in my garage 3 days before Christmas. She loves it!! Now this car will get spoiled like her old car. Thanks DTRM! You guys definitely helped me get out the doghouse😄

Mike was awsome, honest, an patient with my husband an I. He doesn't have the best credit so we thought we were limited on options. But the sales person Mike was able to give us more options then what we thought we were entitled to. He was so patient an kind to us. Was honest on each vehicle,we asked about. He helped us get into a 2016 KIA Sportage. I recommend Down the road motors. If anyones looking for a newer used vehicle, with reasonable prices. We already knew what car we wanted to see at the dealer when we went there. Austin was our salesman and found the car we wanted and let us take it for a good test drive. He sat down with us and went over what we thought about it and then started working on financing with us. Mike Phelps, the finance manager, then took over. He was great! He contacted some financiers and found the best rate for us. He did not pressure us to get anything we did not want to get. He got us a good payment. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealer, and we would also go back again.

Use caution when purchasing from these people. Take it for a test drive, a mechanic outside of them and check under the hood. My experience has been the worst. I purchased a car on a Saturday and it went bad by Wednesday, because it was a transmission issue I asked for my money back or to at least see the car I actually applied for, I was told that they wouldn't sale me certain cars because they have issues. I was told they would get it fixed but it took over a month and the car still isn't running right. They still haven't even offered to return my money. The owner called and the way he talked to me was not okay. They loaned me a borrow car but that was not in the best of shape, They treat women like cramp or maybe its my race. I have witnesses on how horrible the car is that was sold to me and I asked for PAPERWORK TO SHOW WHAT WORK WAS DONE AND WAS TOLD ITS NOT READY. Most shops have documents ready when the car is. The owner said well we're busy with other cars so it'll have to wait until Monday which I asked for it Wednesday. An additional 5 days just for proof of what was done. I have to sale the car to the junk yard because I wasted my money on a car when I should have gotten the car I own fixed. I took the first review down being nice but not this one. The owner Brian is not a person to talk to at all. Mike was okay in the beginning until the car gave issues. After this review I received a bogus invoice that gives a price of $70 that I do not owe and stuff that has nothing to do with the code that came up. The code I was given was P0900 which is the clutch and reverse. Which means a bad transmission. The parts that "THEY USED" supposedly took 3 weeks to get here but they are $35 each which could have came from another car or Auto Zone. They put over 300 extra miles on the car, because every employee there drove it. They drove it more than I did and I barely put 10 miles on it I had the car for 5 days. They were driving it to their homes, they took my temp plate ( which is expired now ) off of it and had a dealership plates on it and I seen them driving it, the temp plate expired days ago and they didn't even have the courtesy to put a new one on since it's been on their lot since all that time. They held the car over 30 days to avoid giving my money back and until the plate expired. The finance company is just as worse, they claim to have warranties on the cars but there's no proof they put a claim in to even get the car fixed. Take the car for full inspections before giving your money. Even after selling it I was told they were not supposed to sale it because it hadn't been looked at yet. And I asked for my money back then, but no I was treated like sh*t. I have several pictures of before I dropped it off, the number of miles and how it was on their lot with the dealerships plate on it. I have pictures of the miles that was on it 2 weeks ago from them and currently. Even video of under the hood with fluid caps missing.
